Are your peptides safe for human use?
No. All products sold by ApexPeps are for in vitro research and laboratory use only. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, not for consumption, and not for use as drugs, food, or cosmetics.
How do I know your peptides are actually pure?
Every batch is independently tested by a third-party accredited laboratory using HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) and mass spectrometry. A Certificate of Analysis (CoA) is available for every product, showing exact purity measurements and test dates.
What purity standards do your products meet?
Our standard is ≥98% purity for most peptides, with ≥99% purity for select compounds. The exact purity specification is listed on each product page and confirmed by the CoA.
How should peptides be stored?
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored at -20°C in a dry environment. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Once reconstituted, store at 4°C and use within 30 days. Always handle with appropriate PPE.
What is your shipping process?
We ship in temperature-controlled, discreet packaging. Orders placed before 2pm EST typically ship same day. We ship domestically and internationally — shipping times vary by destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that importing peptides for research purposes is legal in their jurisdiction.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via our secure payment portal. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of research chemicals, we generally cannot accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged, incorrect, or significantly impure product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
Can I get a bulk or wholesale discount?
