Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically shipped same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard shipping (3-5 business days): $9.99. Expedited shipping (1-2 business days): $24.99. Free standard shipping on orders over $150.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and times vary by destination. Estimated delivery: 7-21 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes.
Packaging
All peptides are shipped in lyophilized (freeze-dried) form. Orders include appropriate insulated packaging. Tracking information is provided for all shipments.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours after shipment for tracking to update.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact support@apexpeps.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and reship or issue a refund as appropriate.
