Returns & Refunds Policy

General Policy

Due to the nature of research chemicals and the importance of maintaining product integrity, we generally do not accept returns. All sales are final unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Eligible for Refund or Replacement

You are eligible for a refund or replacement if: (1) you received a product different from what you ordered, (2) your product arrived visibly damaged, (3) your product's purity falls significantly below the stated specification (requires independent lab verification), or (4) your order did not arrive within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

How to Request a Return

Contact support@apexpeps.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the issue description, and photos if applicable. We will respond within 1-2 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Replacement shipments are typically sent within 2 business days of approval.

Non-Refundable Items

Orders that were refused at delivery, returned without prior authorization, or claims made more than 7 days after delivery are not eligible for refund.
